Swadlincote Community Transport is a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee and provides accessible transport throughout South Derbyshire and into neighbouring counties.
The scheme moved to purpose built premises on George Holmes Way in September 1999 funded by the Lottery.

Over 20 vehicles are in operation varying in seating capacity from 4 - 16 and they are all fully acessible.
The vehicles are regularly serviced on site and under go inspection every 6 weeks as passenger safety is paramount.
Drivers and Passenger Assistants undertake regular training and training is also available to outside organisations.
