DIAL-A-BUS is a door to door service for passengers who may have difficulty using other forms of public transport. We are able to provide volunteer passenger assistants, at no extra cost, where required. Passengers book their journey in advance and are collected from and returned to their homes.

Regular shopping trips are provided for the whole of the Erewash Borough area and include a trip to Derby or Nottingham city centre every three weeks.

Additionally we endeavour to provide day trips during the year (school holiday times) for our Dial-a-Bus users, often travelling to the coast, places of interest or around the Peak Park district (subject to sufficient demand).
