Volunteers

 What is volunteering about ?

Volunteers form a cornerstone to Chesterfield's success and are always in demand. Duties range from driving (including evenings and weekends),passenger assisting and office work. Free training is provided and reasonable expenses are re-imbursed.

Voluntary work can prove to be of great benefit not only to those being helped but also to the volunteers themselves. Tasks are varied and opportunities are available to meet many different people in the community. Free CRB (police) checking is organised by Chesterfield on behalf of all volunteers joining the Organisation,
