Ashbourne Community Transport is a community scheme limited by guarantee, made up of local people for local people. It’s objective is to provide accessible transport in an area with boundaries of Hartington, Doveridge, Clifton and Hulland Ward taking in all the villages and the town of Ashbourne within that area.

Ashbourne Community Transport Scheme currently has eight vehicles varying in seating capacity from three to sixteen all of which are fully accessible.  To operate these, there are three members of staff who will try to answer any enquiry you may have about our services.

We have 7 full-time drivers, 2 part time and many volunteer drivers who form a caring team on the operational side. To supplement this we have many volunteers who give their time as passenger assistants.
